In Phase 2 of the lecture series, participants can understand and improve their competitive dynamics with strategic pricing models. The lecture introduces value-based pricing to penetrate markets and command higher pricing points. The objective is to promote customer loyalty while increasing brand value.
Developing the “right” pricing requires exploring low and increased pricing to ensure a competitive price strategy.
