BAM 7276     Complete Industrial Skills Training Series

We provide a top-skilled e-learning solution for skilled workers entering the industrial workforce and climbing the ladder to leadership and management positions within the operations and maintenance space. The strength of your industrial skills is the foundation of your success. So it’s no surprise that industrial plants and facilities are constantly looking for targeted training solutions to boost productivity, bridge the skills gap, address regulatory compliance, and promote safety.

BAM 7257   Distribution & Warehousing Training Series

Distribution and warehousing facilities provide a critical link between suppliers and their customers. The Distribution and Warehousing series aids in training personnel to maintain a fully functioning distribution center or warehousing operation. Equipment covered in this series includes fork trucks, conveyors, and battery charging systems, as well as highly automated equipment such as ASRS cranes and AGVs. This series consists of 3 sections of 20 modules. Each module is 30 minutes in length.

BAM 7414   Industrial Electricity & Electronics Training

The field of electrical and electronic technologies is vast and encompasses many technical disciplines. The course of study minimizes extraneous theory and maximizes learning by targeting the essential prerequisite knowledge required for a technician in an industrial facility. In this comprehensive 33-module series, the learner has presented basic electrical principles and circuit theory, followed by critical topics for an industrial technician, including Motors and Servos, Power Supplies, and Work Practices. The series also introduces the learner to standard equipment and systems such as distributed control, PLCs, and VFDs to prepare the learner for more in-depth training.

BAM 7256   Industrial Foundation Training Series

Even though the diversity in industrial facilities concerning size, processes, complexity, and equipment, conversational skills and knowledge sets apply to all industries requiring a master level to establish a successful job performance in operations and maintenance, the Foundation Series consists of nine core subject areas necessary to succeed in industry operations and maintenance from a technical perspective: Overview of Industrial Facility Systems, Safety, Mathematics, Tools, Maintenance, Environment, Computers, Print Reading, and Science. These subject areas comprise 45 modules divided into objective-driven topics. The topics focus on the entry-level skills and knowledge presented within an industrial context necessary to achieve the requisite competency for further specialization.

BAM 7410   Industrial Instrumentation & Controls Training Series

Instrumentation and control technicians maintain the safe and efficient operation of industrial measurement and control systems. Broad knowledge of multiple disciplines is required to work with and troubleshoot instrumentation systems effectively. The Introduction to Instrumentation and Control covers measurement principles, standards, and an overview of instrumentation and control. The Instrumentation and Controls series explains the components and systems needed to operate an efficient facility. The subject areas in this series include Intro to I&C, Process Measurement, Programmable Logic Controllers, Process Analyzers, and DCS. This series consists of 32 modules overall.

BAM 7256   Mechanical Industrial Training Series

Working with mechanical machinery requires knowledge of not only the overall function of the equipment but the parts within it. The development includes every detail down to the nuts and bolts of a machine. The Mechanical Series consists of 13 core subject areas required to succeed in industry operations and maintenance: Industrial Hydraulic Fundamentals, Industrial Pneumatic Fundamentals, Precision Measurement Instruments, Pumps, Static and Dynamic Sealing, Valve Fundamentals, Pipes and Pipefitting, Lubrication Concepts, Bearing Maintenance, Mechanical Transmission Systems, Rigging, Shaft Alignment, and Welding Fundamentals. These subject areas comprise a total of 75 modules divided into objective-driven topics. The topics focus on the skills and knowledge presented within an industrial context necessary to achieve the requisite competency for further specialization.

BAM 7260   Power Plant (Combined Cycle) Training Series

Combined cycle plants generate power through an assembly of heat engines working off one heat source. The course provides relevant insight into a combustion turbine facility to generate 50% more power output from the same amount of fuel burned in a simple cycle combustion turbine. To do this, they incorporate many components that work together to produce energy. This subject area reviews significant plant components and auxiliary systems, combined cycle configurations, the Brayton and Rankine cycles, turbines and condensers, and the operation of HRSGs. This series consists of 47 modules. Each module is 30 minutes long and presented in the Courses section.

BAM 7254   Water Treatment Training Series

Water treatment is vital worldwide to remove contaminants from water and make it acceptable for many uses. The Water Treatment Series provides general information about the processes necessary to produce water that meets the specific requirements for its usage. Each module is 30 minutes self-paced and uses graphics, animations, videos, and written content to hit on all modalities of learning.

Overview of Water Treatment: The Overview of Water Treatment module provides learners with a general description of water treatment processes and their industrial applications and presents the advantages and disadvantages of water treatment.

Raw Water Treatment: The Raw Water Treatment subject area discusses Sedimentation, Clarification, and Disinfection, processes that are an essential part of raw water treatment systems.

Basic Water Purification - The Basic Water Purification subject area covers three processes commonly used in modern water filtration systems: Media filtration, Water Softening, and Ultrafiltration.

Advanced Water Purification: The advanced Water Purification subject area covers purification methods and technologies which produce high purity water to meet the strict requirement of many industries, including the pharmaceutical, food, and power generation industries.
